Collection data

Your saved coin collection and photos attached to collection records are stored locally on your device. Cabinet 1793 does not upload this collection to a developer-operated server. There are no Cabinet 1793 accounts, ads, or tracking.

Camera, photos & recognition

Camera and photo access are optional and are used when you choose to capture or add a coin image. You can manage these permissions in iPhone Settings and use manual coin selection without them.

Photo recognition uses Apple Vision date OCR on your device. Images are not sent to a remote recognition service. The experimental coin classifier is disabled. Date recognition is an aid, and you should review its results.

Your choices & copies

You can edit or delete collection records in the app. If you use backup or restore, any exported backup is a separate copy: keep it safe and delete unwanted copies yourself. Device backups managed by iOS or your Apple settings are separate from Cabinet 1793’s local storage.

When you contact support

If you email support, the recipient receives the email address, message, and attachments you choose to send. Your email provider and the recipient’s email provider process that correspondence. Send only information needed to explain the issue; do not send a full collection backup unless you intend to share its contents.

This website

This static site contains no analytics scripts, advertising, forms, or cookies set by its code. When hosted on Cloudflare Pages, Cloudflare processes technical request information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and secure the site. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its practices.
